Sorry, but just because you might have made sense in one particular instance doesn't mean that we're interested in the rest of your opinions.

Just because there are far bigger loons that yourself who infest the Memo does not mean that you're anywhere near normal either.

Whomever the party nominates- Palin, Perry, or Bachman- the new President will need a strong military presence here in the US to counter the threat of home-grown jihad and to reign in the liberals who will begin anew to destroy our culture and our values.
Only a strong military adjunct assisting the President by taking over the administrative powers of government can exert the authority needed to insure that law and order are fully carried out.
While I share some misgivings as to the strength that Perry will bring to the job, I am certain that with effective, strong military oversight that all of the functions of our democracy will work smoothly. This can best be accomplished by restricting the vote to those who have served our military or who have registered Republican prior to the 2012 election. Others will need to be vetted for their patriotism before handed a ballot. The military commander may then veto a wayward Congress while giving assistance to the President thereby not surrendering gains made by true conservatives by liberals and jihadists.
Those who embrace Western Civilization need only look at the grandeur that was Rome; and then act accordingly. So no need to worry about Perry. When the time comes he will know just what to do to preserve or democratic values and our Republic.

So you and Gringo are normal? That's what's wrong with you guys. Anyone that thinks differently or has different morals and values aren't normal. I would be the first one to admit that I am not as educated as I want to be on certain things but at least I'm open to listening and hearing from other perspective before forming an opinion. Most of you guys have a predetermined outlook on life which is really a sad way of looking at things, to be honest.

BTW, if you guys are so worried about our culture and values, worry about preserving yours and leave everyone else alone.

Wow...completely insane. In what world do you think you're preserving our Democracy when you are taking people's rights away. I'm not in any category so according to you, I have no right to vote? I really hope that there is only a few who think this way, and this isn't representative of the Republican party... On second thought, aren't some Republican Governors changing the voting laws and regulations to favor only Republicans?

Fascists seek to purge forces, ideas, people, and systems deemed to be the cause of decadence and degeneration, and to produce their nation's rebirth based on commitment to the national community based on organic unity, in which individuals are bound together by suprapersonal connections of ancestry, culture, and blood.[4] Fascists believe that a nation requires strong leadership, singular collective identity, and the will and ability to commit violence and wage war in order to keep the nation strong.[5] Fascist governments forbid and suppress opposition to the state.

DJ,

My message to the Perry Bashers: Boys, man your battle=stations! Let the bashing begin---even if I'm a bit confused by assertions that Illegals are Perry's vulnerability, while somebody else tells me that his soft-on-Sharia is just as bad.

Of course I want to see Perry well-vetted before he gets the G.O.P. nomination.

But caveat! Certain bashing leaves me unimpressed, Eg.

1. Slick Trial Lawyer productions against the Perry who dared to do what no Dem and most Goopers will not--trim their bloated sails in his state.

2. The 'WALL.' Unlike some "right-wingers,"I am not impressed by something that looks like a super 1500-mile corporate-socialist boondoggle, even if its "sincere" boosters claim to be "patriots concerned with our borders." I have no problem at all with Perry opposing such a joke. Au contraire, I applaud him for it. It shows character, as he's got to know he'll take flak from fuzzy-headed "patriots" for this stand.

3. I am also unimpressed by those who bleat that "Perry worked for Al Gore once upon a time," while these same bleaters seem amnesiac about Michelle Bachmann once being a Jimmuh Carter cheerleader, Reagan plumping for FDR, and certainly others who "evolved." Funny how the proponents of the theory of evolution try to avoid it in cases like Reagan, Bachmann, Perry etc etc (including yours truly.)

RULES FOR RADICAL TROLL TRASH

by
Traul Aslimesky

(but NOT dedicated to Satan, like Saul Alinsky's RULES FOR RADICALS.)

J.BOOBUS MARXOTROLL What you saying? You mean our Obama's favorite book (beside The Holy Koran)? You say RULES FOR RADICALS was dedicated to Satan? How you can be saying that? Can you prove that? I bet you can't. How can I bet? Because I a progressive, how you think? How could I not be a true blue prog, with a comrade like Trollscum in the Jesus robe? Who could be more proggy than THAT? So tell me, you conservatives. How our Obama gonna love a book dedicated to Satan? How could that be? Obama down with Satan? Who you kidding? Even the Obamasuck Media would not let him get away with that, did they? What you think it is, they is---a corporate-socialist- state controlled bunch of toadies and suck-sucks? Yuk-yuk.

RafeMasters_76

Gringo - Grow up.

Obama, progressives, liberals or any other term that is outside of the Republican tent are not inline with Satan for having their views. There is no good vs. evil battle here as much as you would like to have one. Playtime is over. Let's work together on bipartisan solutions to turn this country around and make it #1 again. There is balance to be found if you cut out the noise. Especially the noise coming from the INSANE.

mjfell

The Tea Party is the "progressive" target de jour (see Saul Alinsky's Rules for Radicals - rule #12). Anyone "progressives" want to marginalize is therefore: the Tea Party. That way, their smear tactics reach a wider range of targets. Do not expect logic from people who believe there's such a thing as "your truth" and "their truth".

gringoman

DJ,

Who is this AWD? That sight looks pretty slickly turned out, and not an El Cheapo. I'm not saying that Trial Lawyer swag is behind it, but do you know who is behind?

It looks like right-wing sirloin, the slick kind you would expect some clever lawyer types to support who have a Stop Perry agenda.

I went fairly quickly thru this guy's bashing of Perry over Perry's opposition to The Fence. I found it quite stupid, in a slick way that's obviously designed to appeal to the Red Meat crowd. It got so ridculous it even tried to mock Perry by referring to prison walls. like, hey, if they build walls in a prison, why not on our 15oo mile border yadda yadda?
Who is this dude writing for? Gulling the Goobers, Inc? Is it for anybody with IQ? Or just somebody who knows enough grammar to say "Perry is for Open Borders"?

gringoman

Red flags, Gringoman, red flags!

DJ,

Yes, I think Perry needs to be vetted on this. I take it more seriously than his opposition to a giant corporate-socialist 1500 mile boondoggle that the Trial Lawyers and even Paulistas will try to use against him. BTW, Ron Paul too is now using the "He worked for Gore argument" which tells me that (1) either Paul is desperate (Last HUrrah in running for Paul?) or (2) not as intelligent as I thought he was.

By "vetting" I don't mean just where was he back when? I'm up to here with he worked for Gore, Reagan worked for FDR, Bachmann worked for Carter etc etc.

Let us know what you can find about Perry and the mooslims NOW. I don't mean that his past can't be used against him. It can be and will be---even though the massive Obamasuck Media will not return the favor for their shamelessly protected Obama. Also, I want to hear not just from Perry bashers. I want to hear from Perry on Perry and the Mooslims. Fair and semi-balanced? Or is that asking too much in today's Goebellized media environment?

gringoman

DJ, I am fully awake & want an electable winning candidate PERIOD....I know you can wipe your a$$ with my observations but a whole lot of something is working in Texas very well......... I am not a Bachmann supporter & have stated previously why....I think for the good of country & party she should run her mouth from the seat she presently holds....I am of the opinion the country is NOT ready for another historic first...

DJ,

Do you appreciate this new socialist troll tack? I'm beginning to tutor the educable on the deep Marxist roots of Mussolin's fascism. The Leftniki naturally hate this. So now the idea is to do a Saul Alinsky and satirize conservatives by equating them instead of the lefties, with Mussolini's fascism.

Smart, but dumb too.

It's funny in this way. The trolls are now showing what RULES FOR RADICAL TROLL TRASH is all about, a work by Traul Aslimesky which they haven't even read yet.

BTW, have you noticed how some of the minor trolls

(1) complain about the " nutty conservatives" who "are not serious" and then say not a word about their progressive freak raving in a Jesus robe?

(2) Also, how they pretend not to notice that RULES FOR RADICALS was dedicated to Satan, as if the "nutty conservatives" are making this up and it doesn't matter that such a core guide book of today's Democrats was dedicated to Satan. And then the little troll says it's we who are ignorant and dim-witted?

But give them this. They instinctively understand RULES FOR RADICAL TROLL TRASH already. It's just that they're too dim to realize what they know already.

ARIZONA: The families and friends of prison inmates will now have to pay a fee of $25 to visit a loved one incarcerated in the AZ prison system. Never mind that these are the poorest people in AZ (as a rule) and they themselves have committed no crime.
Meanwhile, corporations got another tax break to create jobs. AZ unemployment has been virtually unchanged for years, and higher than the National average.
1300 of the 1700 jobs created last year were minimum wage jobs at McDonald's.

This is what the criminal GOP state looks like.

Perry just got me with the definition of JUSTICE. He's right about how our approach should be against crimes, especially when it involves murder. Snap, crackle and pop Justice is what I call it, and so be it.

Fact that the Perry lovers would never admit to.

What any candidate needs to do is to say HOW they will solve a problem. So, far. All I've heard is that they will. Anyone can say that.

RafeMasters_76

Of course he lost me in his stance against Science. That is the fundamental issue that is splitting us today. Those that believe in words written by MAN on behalf of a "God", as opposed to those that dedicated their lives to proving facts through the research of Scientists across the Globe. How does one honestly believe and support the concept that this world or humanity has only been in existence for roughly 2000 years? Especially with scientific proof on how long this planet has been in existence. Let's try in every effort to keep it real and not rely on DOGMA created by those only seeking to control the world - Christianity being one of those concepts.

Jay

The problem with the NEW Republican? They worship Reagan Didn't they have a debate yaers ago at Reagan's library? when the last great GOP president was Eisenhower. He understood MORE about taxes and regulations. And, what this country needed.
Which is why in 1956, it was the LAST time the Republicans had a balanced budget.

The House majority leader, Eric Cantor of Virginia, and other Republicans have suggested that any disaster aid the government distributes should be offset by an equal amount in spending cuts to keep the federal deficit from growing.

But with Congress returning this week from its summer recess, House Republicans from flood-damaged areas are rejecting that position, saying that helping people whose lives have been upended by the storm should take precedent over managing the budget deficit.

The reaction is particularly noteworthy because it is coming from members of the House Republican freshman class, a group that swept into office last year on a platform of REDUCING the federal debt and the SIZE of government

How rare. I cite and reply to a comment from one whose status at Monicamemo is, at best, semi-troll (so far.)

That's because I had the same reaction and emotion to Perry's reply when the elite libniks tried to trip him up on the question of capital punishment in Texas. Perry blew them away with his calm, deeply felt answer. The libs couldn't even understand why the studio audience broke out in spontaneous applause. They probably still don't get what that said to the national audience about the farm boy/Air Force pilot from Texas---or more likely, they don't want to get it.

That's because they know when taxes were at their lowest, pre-depression and now. The gap between the rich and middle class were at it's greatest!

While between the early 1950s and during the 1980s. Because of the GI bill and others that made it possible for MORE people to get better educated and trained. The top 2% made 8-10% of the income. What stopped that was when taxes dropped to the 28% in the late 1980s. And. 35% now.
