REDSTATE///////Sodexo Slaps SEIU Cockroaches With RICO Suit
Imagine being at a dinner event and having your plate served with (plastic) cockroaches scattered over the food. Envision going to a hospital with a loved one only to be confronted with the hint that the hospital food is infested with bugs, flies, mold, and rat droppings. Pretty disgusting, right? Well, imagine how disgusting it is that these tacticss are due to a union’s efforts to unionize the “offending” company’s employees. At least, that’s the allegations being made by the French-owned company Sodexo.
Once people start throwing RICO suits around, there will be no end. So far, they have been shy. I have often wondered why mainstream groups do not file RICO suits against small gangs, like say, against bankers.
I mentioned Jerry Falwell - in the last memo. I miss him, standing up, telling people things like "Homosexuality is a sin." Flat out, without hesitancy or doubt. Without Jerry, there has been a decline in values, and people like Sheen are much closer to mainstream. I wish they could find another Jerry, and put him on FOX. Not a Reed character, but the real McCoy.

Charlie Sheen is like the role model the Mexicans would chose for the Gringos: crazy, drunk, hooked on coke and crack, and into rock and roll, and living life without the intervention of thought.
The radiation is actually coming onshore from Japan down in Mexico, and enters the US from Az to Tx. This "river" in the atmosphere, does not disperse widely like it does in the normal troposhere and concentrations can be much higher. This might explain the elevated radiation readings in TN and Denver.
San Antonio-based market-research firm Pear Analytics analyzed 2,000 tweets (originating from the US and in English) over a two-week period in August 2009 from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST) and separated them into six categories:

Ummah, credit where due (criticism likewise). Savage is the only talk jock I ever heard even mention RICO, and he's been doing it forever. (OKay, here's a point where I rank him above "The Golfer" he envies) And I have never heard "RICO" whispered by Boosh (I mean Monica). Not even during her Warrior Princess moments. Have you? Now why would that be? Any ideas? Monica is as educated as the French, no?
Bam-Bam trying a Bush on Godaffy is a two-edged scimitar.
1. Revenge, finally, against the sic "brain" behind that terrorist massqacre of passengers in that flight over Scotland.
2. On the other hand, today Godaffy is clearly a bulwark against the mad mooslims, just as the awful Saddaam was in Iraq. Now that the 'West,' with fig-leaf cover from the Arab League sheik elite, is trying to deliver Libya to the rag-tag North African rabble (quite a spectacle for "dignified" Big Powers) all bets are off. The Mooslim Brotherhood must be as excited as the Scumella troll here when gazing, in trans-sexual rapture, at Monica's Smiley Face.
In other words, both the progressive Nazis and what Don Imus calls "rightwing wacko" are happy.
Urge passage of the “Stop Trading on Congressional Knowledge Act” (STOCK Act), sponsored by Reps. Timothy Walz (D-MN) and Louise Slaughter (D-NY).
The STOCK Act (H.R. 1148) would also enable enforcement authorities – and the public – to keep tabs on lobbyists and other politicos to glean whether they also are attempting to cash in on insider information attained during interactions with members and their staff.
When it comes to proposed legislation, it doesn’t get more common sense than this. Shouldn’t members of Congress and their staff be held to the same standard for criminal conduct as the rest of America?
Congress is in recess next week, so you will probably see your member of Congress at a town hall meeting or just around town. So far, no other members have stepped up to co-sponsor this common sense bill. Be sure to ask your representative why.
------
It should be fairly obvious that influence peddling includes stock tips. It ought to be fairly easy to control insider trading by comparing Congressional trades of Congressional families against a list of business associates and contacts. Obviously, Congress cannot hold itself to any standards, almost whatever. They and staff have made 25% (on average) more than other traders.
Time to double down on some ethical considerations and a common sense of fairness.
With less paperwork, they could just force anyone making a stock purchase, to make an equal stock purchase in an nonperforming stock considered to be in the national interest.

M/M,
Point of clarification. Is Twitter synonymous with, or an adjunct of, Facebook?
Fogeys, not to mention Old Indochina hands, want to know.
ps Do you think Monica is further encouraging her obsessive trans-sexual troll trash, especially Scumella, or the part-time Dyke from Dachau?

@Gringoman- I'm not totally sure how it works. Celebrities, like Charlie Sheen, talk to their fans through it. Here is an example of Charlie Sheen:
