AL Gore is calling the civil suit filed by Ken Cuccinelli, Virginia Attorney General, that alleges fraud by climate investigator Michael Mann at the University of Virginia, a witch hunt. Gore has invoked academic freedom infringement.
It has that ring since the state statute he employed does not apply. He has the appearance of a suit without an actual suit, something he may have done to please his supporters.
Academic freedom should apply to the type of research one does, but does not apply to the possession of data and equipment that an investigator generates or employs. They belong to the federal government (hence the public) on a federal grant.
UVA should make these 10 years of documentation pertaining to Mann available to anyone who is interested. One should no have to file a FOIA request, but people have been known to do that, right Monica? Perhaps someone in the press want to do that.
Mann and others of his ilk are not victims of a witch hunt - they are participants in a racket in which they deliberately committed fraud with the intent to significantly alter national policy.

All involved in the global warming scam and carbon tax extortion scheme should be arrested for fraud, prosecuted , and thrown in prison. It all meets every definition for fraud, corruption, and attempted extortion.
All government officials who refuse to actively enforce our immigration laws should be jailed as accomplices to murder, rape, and armed robbery. Had they done their jobs as required by law, thousands of victims of violent crimes committed by illegals would be alive today.
The entire federal court system is broken. The constitution needs to be amended so as to allow the citizenry to vote poorly performing and corrupt judges out of office. Let the president appoint them if he likes, but if we don't like their decisions we will get rid of them,
Lastly, let me rant about the GOP. How long can a party run on the " we're corrupt and inept, but not as corrupt and inept as your other option" platform ?
How pathetic is that ?
WE WANT A BALANCED BUDGET AMENDMENT AND WE WANT IT NOW !! NOW!!

Liberal Racism as defined by a race-realist Comanche:
.
Liberal “Racism” and Other Imaginary Evils
by David Yeagley · April 25, 2010 ·
“Racism” is an end-all accusation. It is considered a universal evil. It is a fundamental crime against humanity. To be accused of it, in media, means the end of the one accused, regardless. But those who use the term as a political or career tool have never defined it. It is an emotional alarm, but nothing more. It excites deep moral imperatives, and natural passions, but, there is no meaning or map involved. Legal ’sketches’ are pathetic and generally mistaken.
“If the Great Spirit had desired me to be a white man he would have made me so in the first place. He put in your heart certain wishes and plans, and in my heart he put other and different desires. It is not necessary for eagles to be crows.” Sitting Bull, Oglala Sioux.
BadEagle.com has defined “racism” as the desire to destory a race. Racism is the attempt to obliterate a culture, a language, a religion, and thus leave an ethnicity without any but the most naked identity in the flesh, which is then subject to interracial sex and mixed children–the ultimate, non-violent assault on race.
Liberal white Communists traitors (or, latent white male homosexuals with intent to defecate on the founding fathers of America) assert that “racism” is any possible aversion, natural or social, against any race or ethnicity besides your own. Indeed, liberal “racism” requires that you be averse to your own. The only semblance of race honoring liberals proffer is when the liberal uses a particular race, such as the American Negro, or the non-white illegal immigrant, as a victim of racism. The liberal whites want to eliminate all whiteness except for an elite white few–who wield all power on earth.

Liberal “Racism” and Other Imaginary Evils
by David Yeagley · April 25, 2010 ·
Let us assume that Mr Yeagley is being sarcastic, not klunky, by labeling liberal racism an "imaginary" evil. Otherwise he compounds the confusion by stupidly putting quotation marks around "Racism," as if the double-standard perversion that liberals promote and feed on is not really "racism." Would there be any other reason for him to exhibit the kind of ineptness that embarrasses many conservatives and liberals love to barbecue and have for dinner?

I beleive Dr. Yeagley put quotation marks around the word racism because he questions the legitimacy of the word itself -- given its origin and intent. See here:
http://www.sovereignty.org.uk/siteinfo/newsround/oracism.html
I assume he uses "imaginary" because white liberals, with malicious intent, are knowingly misleading the masses by constantly spreading the vicious LIE which states: all the really bad "racism" can only be practiced by whites against non-whites. Liberal Racists use the term "racist" as a weapon especially againt whites. Dr. Yeagley is ON to the Libeeral Racists' game; he knows the opposite is true.
Gringoman,
Please read or reread the entire article. Also read Dr. Yeagley's brief Bio. The man certainly is NOT klunky or sarcastic.

DJ,
I'm not questioning Yeagley's substance. I'm zeroing in on the title of his piece and how it was presented (as explained above)It's even possible that he himself did not create this title. In media the writer often has nothing to do with the header or headline of the piece. My point is that the title was sloppy and confusing. Does this matter, if Yeagley's substance is cogent? Yes, I think it does matter. There's no good reason to be confusing. Libworld, as pointed out already, is glad to take anything out of context and drag it through the mud. Yes, they'll do it anyway, but why make it so easy, and tempting, for them?
In the war of ideas, clarity is a high explosive.

Be aware, David Yeagley is a known racialist. He believes strongly in separation of the races, otherwise known as segregation. I'll give him this much-he doesn't mince words about it. Ironically, Yeagley is not himself a full-blooded Comanche. His father was German. He is, at best, what you might call a divisive, controversial figure among Comanches. I should also point out that many of his former web-site contributors, both on his forums and on his blog, have abandoned his site due to his increasingly racialist tone.

"Race-realist." Good term. Should become standard--to distinguish hate from natural aversions and natural preferences. Hate is a non-defined term these days, as are most liberal terms. They're simply heavy emotional terms, designed to overwhelm the conscience--that is, the conservatives.

Floods, droughts, pollution and climate change have created even more problems. It is important that China play an increasingly prominent role on climate change. right??
