On Christmas Eve, when the Senate health care bill came up for a vote, the chamber's Majority Leader, Harry Reid, "accidentally" voted "no." Quickly realizing his mistake, he switched to "aye."
Yesterday, when the Reconciliation health care bill came up for a vote in the Senate, Reid again "accidentally" voted "no." Quickly realizing his mistake, he switched to "aye."
Freudian slip?
Or is he just a doofus?
Maybe both.

Nothing in my post implicated I loved him. On the contrary, it merely perfectly illustrated that you and he are two identical peas in a pod.
You battle with your reflection.

Harry Reid was merely tired of all your conservative BS (Bull and shenanigans), and I have to say for someone who survived a stroke assassination attempt at your hands, he's been doing one heckuva lot better than poor John McCain.
God must like liberal Mormons too, I've always said. With the lines conservatives have drawn in the sand, it's no longer mere religious sect that will divide the sheep and the goats; it's how people in both parties and in no party treat those less fortunate. The party of hate won't fare so well.
God help the lot of you (if you don't change your ways) so the saying goes.

Is Harry Reid's Freudian slip all you need to know about Obamacare?
Is the rave from SEIU boss the best clue to Obamacare?
Or the dithyrambs from troll rabble?
Or the pathos of progs angry that they'll have to wait a little longer for "Big Insura" to die so that Big Government's Single Pooper can live?
Or is it the sounds of El Commandante Maximo Marxista Fidel Castro, cheering from his elitecare wheelchair?
Or is all you really need to know about Barack Soetoro Hussein Obama's Pelosi-muscled "transformation" the following?.....

Obamacare prescription: 'Emergency health army'
Force subject to 'involuntary calls to active duty' during 'public crises'
http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=132001
The health-care legislation adds millions of dollars for recruitment and amends Section 203 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 204), passed July 1, 1944, during Franklin D. Roosevelt's presidency. The U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps is one of the seven uniformed services in the U.S. However, Obama's changes more than double the wording of the Section 203 and dub individuals who are currently classified as officers in the Reserve Corps commissioned officers of the Regular Corps.

Say Goodbye to Mitt Romney
Mitt Romney had his chance, and he blew it.
He was given the opportunity to establish himself as the Leader of the Republican Party on what has become the defining issue between the nation's two major political parties, and, in the process, solidify his position as the front-running candidate for the 2012 GOP presidential nomination; but rather than showing the intelligence, cunning, and courage necessary to take ownership of the issue, he showed none, and blew it.
All he had to do was say six simple words, words Americans love to hear: "I was wrong. I am sorry."

From Bill Clinton's old "Nazi Wingnut"
Fighting Obamacare: Restore, Defeat, Defund, Repeal
By: Dick Morris
Let's begin our reaction to the passage of Obamacare by remembering Winston Churchill's famous formulation with which he introduced his war memoirs:
In defeat: defiance
In war: resolution
In victory: magnanimity
In peace: goodwill
Posted by: gringoman | March 26, 2010 at 06:32 PM
DICK MORRIS////3. Defund once we get the majority in both chambers, defund appropriations for the Obamacare program. The bill Congress passed and the president signed is simply an authorization measure. Congress must appropriate funds for it each year. Through zero funding these changes, we can cripple them before they take full effect.
Posted by: gringoman | March 26, 2010 at 06:37 PM
REPEAL OBAMA?
DICK MORRIS////// REPEAL, once we DEFEAT Barack Obama, this disastrous plan before it can ruin our healthcare system. Then, we must replace it with a Republican alternative which relies on the marketplace, tax incentives, and individual responsibility to provide healthcare to all Americans.
Above all, we finally must learn the fundamental lesson this political process we have been through has to teach: That there is no such thing as a conservative or moderate Democrat. Blue dogs don't exist in real life. Only yellow dogs.

I've actually been rather pleasantly surprised to see how few "Obama/Biden" posters remain in the windows here in New York.
I mean, this in a city that still has Mondale holdouts.
Gone, too are the T-shirts that were so popular with wait staffs in the downtown area of New York not so long ago.
Facebook too is becoming an interesting barometer for the changing winds, as the early-20s set are beginning to realize that they're in for what amounts to a real blood letting, rather than a free annual blood test.
A few have stated their distaste in rather colorful languahge too :-)
Nothing I can repeat here on the Mmemo. LOL

As for the Jews.. the more orthodox and the Hasidim call him the new Dinkins, and that is a devastating statement if you're a DemonRAT analyst.
As for the altah verkaktahs they'll vote for someone else next time I am sure.
The young Jews, on the other hand will need a few more slaps upside the head till they understand from whence the wind blows.
