re. the "corpseman" thing: Seems to me the Bama is like a bad spell checker. Or maybe he's really an android and sometimes there's a glitch when he reads off the prompter.

Or maybe this is really a deeply Freudian slip.. corpseman.. the associations that come to mind.. American Zombies in Haiti.. or is it a veiled message of some sort? Lots of material here to work through for the larger truther community.

Whatever it is, it is disturbing.

Sarah, Actions Speak Louder Than Words

Sarah Palin spoke to the “tea party convention”. To the best of my knowledge, Romney, Pawlenty, Pence, Huckabee, Gingrich, Jindal, et al weren’t invited. Therefore it’s completely appropriate to speak about Palin’s relationship with the Tea Party movement and omit the others.

Palin’s speech contained several clever barbs aimed at the current White House occupant. Barbs such as “It’s (the Tea Party movement) a lot bigger than any charismatic guy with a teleprompter” and “How’s that hope-y, change-y stuff workin’ out for you?”. “To win that war,(against al Qaeda)” Palin said, “we need a commander in chief, not a professor of law standing at the lecturn.” She talked of limited government, strict adherence to the Constitution, and the “God-given right” of freedom.

Sounds wonderful, right? Juicy, raw meat for a Conservative crowd eager to hear the words of the former VP candidate.

Then there’s that little matter of Sarah Palin’s support for John McCain in his GOP primary race to retain the Arizona Senate seat.

There are some that see John McCain as representing a cancer. They contend that he’s worked against the First Amendment, sought to end gun shows, wants to open the door to citizenship for millions of illegal aliens, has obstructed the appointment of Conservative judges and is willing to submit millions of Americans to the slavery of global warming junk science. Their position is, when Sarah campaigns for McCain, and by extension, his causes, she renders her stated beliefs completely hollow.

Others see her endorsment of McCain stemming from a mutual promise made during the 2008 Presidential campaign. They agreed that if they lost that campaign, he’d campaign for her Gubernatorial re-election, and she’d campaign for his Senatorial re-election. From this view, a man or woman’s word is their bond. Their word/handshake means more than a $15,000 lawyer written contract for a $5,000 business deal. For those with this perspective, Sarah’s failure to live up to her word would be a real blow.

While it’s apparent that members of the Tea Party movement have distinct and differing views regarding Palin’s support of John McCain’s candidacy, it seems the crux of her dilemma is in deciding to whom her word should be committed.

My Father wasn’t a man predisposed to verbal displays of affection. Which is ironic, since he was an educated man of words…I can count on one hand the number of times he said he loved me and have fingers left over. This might upset some people, but it’s OK.

In January 1983, when I was nearly killed in a motorcyle accident and lay in traction for a month, he answered the call. After my release from the hospital, we spoke the night I got home. I bemoaned the fact that the cupboards were bare and the dishes were dirty (I clearly didn’t plan for this event). He told me to stop worrying and go to sleep. The next morning the telephone woke me. It was my Dad. He was at the gate of the apartment complex and needed to be “buzzed in”. He spent the next two weeks cooking meals, cleaning clothes and washing dishes. The day he returned to New Orleans, the cupboards were fully stocked.

If there’s one thing to be learned from that experience, it’s that actions speak louder than words.

Which is particularly important in this day of mass media personality cults when, despite all actions to the contrary, an empty suit still gets a pass from many simply because he tells them what they want to hear. Tea Party folks need to be wary of this trap.

Put principles before personalities.

Forget what’s said, watch what’s done.

MJ, you know I like Sarah and would of course support her vs. any of the RINOS and we all know who they are, but her ACTION is helping the devil himself - McLAME.

Her WORDS are much more in line with my thinking than her ACTIONS.

I hope there isn't something more sinister behind this than just a woman keeping her word. It smells of dealmaking to me, sorry I just get suspicious when the old guard start to sink in their hooks and attach their tentacles and their suction cups.

Hard to tell from over here, maybe Palin will do an intentionally lousy job stumping for the pesky loser-geezer.. it is to be hoped anyway.

We need him GONE.

Also, if she indeed gave her word, why didn't she use the nasty treatment she got from the McLAME campaign to CEMENT the rift so she could get out of campaigning for Juanito mcTraitor?

Sarah should also consider that McLAME might be trying to sabotage her future chances for the Presidency because he must surely know that he is POISON to many among US.

I really hope she knows what she is doing.. we may need her in 2012 to drive the stake in Blacula's heart.

Freakin' Savage has it right! The Naziranistan guy is threatening us and the Bama has nothing to say about it!!!

.

Ummahgummah

Everyone knows that no matter what they do to us this craven coward won't retaliate! They have three more years to attack us unpunished!

.

Ummahgummah

.

They're brave enough to put our Marines on trial, that's what they're good at!

.

Ummahgummah

.

I think Tom Tancredo was right when he said that they should be informed in no uncertain words that if a major aggression is waged against us our interests abroad or one of our allies, that the retaliation will be visited where it HURTS.

Since they don't care if we kill them and we know what they do care about we need to LET THEM KNOW IN ADVANCE that that is where we will take our revenge!

.

Ummahgummah

.

To think that all of this could have been prevented if A. that stanky assahola kakamamie hadn't been allowed to stay in Paris while he was waiting for the Shah's ouster and B. if the feckless Dhimmi Carter had acted more forcefully once the assahola got in power.

I also fail to understand why this assahola didn't have some kind of an "accident" as he lounged around in Paris while insulting the locals.

It's eery how much the Bama's rhetoric abotu su being an "arrogant country" matches the Achmadinnerjacketnazi's.. I just hope he's not secretly on cahoots with them..

Quote: Palin’s speech contained several clever barbs aimed at the current White House occupant. Barbs such as “It’s (the Tea Party movement) a lot bigger than any charismatic guy with a teleprompter”

What world are you living in? A barb about the President using a TelePrompter when you yourself have three FREAKY words scrawled on your palm like a dim witted High-school cheerleader, Pot meet Kettle. Not to mention one word was crossed out, who crosses out words when you write them on your hand? You just rub it off. These weren't even 'Obscure' facts or figures, which 'might' be understandable, but supposedly her 'Core' Themes. Monica, I still believe you are like those little 'Salem Witch' Trial girls, putting on an act,(Unlike Sarah) because NOBODY is that dumb.

M/M

Monica, YOUR BUDDY, Don Imus was regurgitating the DNC's talking points and criticizing Gov. Palin all morning. (If only he had the cajones to criticize Sharkton and the rest his p.c. masters). Finally, Bernard just said had to say to him "You just don't get it."

I wasn't planning on watching Gov. Palin's speech, but was on facebook when she told us to watch her and posted on this blog. I bet she made rating soar on Saturday night. On Sunday, I even remembered to watch Chris Wallace's show, but turned it off as soon as he was done interviewing her.

At the tea party, someone said that one of the reasons we like her is that LIEberals and the media treat her like they treat us.

M/M what you are describing sounds like Hannity & colmes LOL

Chris Wallace under heat. He said something condescending to Gov. Palin and she called him out at it. Don't know why he thinks he is so great; no one watches his show anyway.

Hey UG, check out this caller from Rush's show today. He's a Democrat:

CALLER: I told you I'm fed up with the way he's leading this country. I'm fed up with all the Chris Madam -- sorry -- Chris Mathison or Chris Mathison or whatever is on Hardball and the ex-announcer in sports that can't carry his own weight in sports and doesn't know what he's talking about. They're rallying people and talking to people and giving out falsehoods, and they make fun of somebody like Sarah Palin, who is the first unique person coming along in the patch. She can put anything she wants in her hands. She doesn't speak like he does, and he fumbles and says "corpse-man" three times, and you don't hear that anywhere at all. You don't hear that except from you and Sean and some of the other ones. I disagreed with you many, many years in the past, Rush. I've disagreed with Sean many, many years in the past, but I cannot take what they said you guys are doing with Bush, I cannot take what they're doing with (garbled). What you or anybody else was doing with Bush wasn't harming us during Bush -- I mean, backing him that much -- as what Obama's doing to our country, and it's bad.

Chris Wallace is the gilded princling.

I wonder whatever Iran is going to do in a couple of days? He says it will stun the West. Could it be something like ..... a nuclear explosion?

I'd refer to Chris Wallace more as the Gelded Wimpling but to each their own definitions..

I am with you on the nuke though. I think it's gonna be a test because they were referring to all Western Powers being shocked. While I think they can pull off a single nuke in a Western City I don't think they could do several at once.

Unless this use of plural was meant to cause confusion it's a test.

Sadly, the only western country that would actually retaliate when hit would be FRANCE. I know everyone thinks they're wimpy but they bombed the hell out of Hezbolla when their soldiers were massacred in their barracks over there. Ditto for Africa a few years ago.

As far as the USA goes, the next three years is open season on US, the Greater American Public.
We know, and they know, that the Bama won't lift a finger in our defense. There'll be a lot of debatin' and obfuscatin' and in the end they'll find all these reasons why retaliation would be worse than getting even.

I KNOW this.

We also gotta make sure they don't get to install any more LIEberal SCOTUS judges or any legislation such as tough repatriation for ILLEGALS - NOT for legal immigrants - will get thrown out the way they threw out Prop8 and other Direct Democracy legislation.

We will also need to toughen up on islam and how we deal with its implications in our Society. We need an open and honest debate with all the facts on the table.

THAT is part of National Security.

Guys, you HAVE to read this:

I know it will turn your stomachs and you will want to yell and punch something, what this airhead boob writes about US is simply VILE: [see below]:

Read more from Huffington Post bloggers:

Arianna Huffington: The Tea Party 600: Canaries in the Political Coal Mine?
There was much to mock about this past weekend's Tea Party convention: the low turnout, Tom Tancredo's repulsive immigrant bashing, and, of course, Sarah Palin's keynote lite. But it would be a huge mistake to dismiss the movement that led to the event. Yes, some of the Tea Party movement is ugly. Yes, some of the Tea Party movement is race-based. Yes, some of the Tea Party movement is being bankrolled by conservative political groups -- and all of it promoted by Fox News. But focusing only on those elements obscures the fact that some of what's fueling the movement is based on a completely legitimate anger directed at Washington and the political establishment of both parties. Think of the Tea Party movement as a boil alerting us to the infection lurking under the skin of the body politic.

Oh by the way, did anyone like the Audio spot at halftime last night? I thought the Green Police thing was both hilarious and frighteningly reminiscent of Obama's plans for domestic military thugs under his command.

I was reading the comments on MALKIN re The HAnd of Sarah and I liked thsi comment the best:

"
On February 8th, 2010 at 11:57 am, DBNinKY said:
It’s rich – and mind-numbingly hypocritical – that a media dependent on phonetically spelled cue cards to conduct their broadcasts and reports on a president whose every word is scripted on a teleprompter would call out Sarah Palin over her use of such an innocuous mnemonic.
"

I can't add anything to that one.

Great comment from Michelle Malkin's blog. Of course, the lamestream media uses scripts. Here's proof:

Unbelievable! But that’s not nearly as crazy as political correctness put into practise. The depths of the stupidity is immeasurable. Check this out … and no, it’s not a spoof:

Employer told not to post advert for 'reliable' workers because it discriminates against 'unreliable' applicants

By Ryan Kisiel and Andrew Levy

"Add to My Stories When it comes to hiring staff, there are plenty of legal pitfalls employers need to watch out for these days.
So recruitment agency boss Nicole Mamo was especially careful to ensure her advert for hospital workers did not offend on grounds of race, age or sexual orientation.
However, she hadn't reckoned on discriminating against a wholly different section of the community - the completely useless.

When she ran the ad past a job centre, she was told she couldn't ask for 'reliable' and 'hard-working' applicants because it could be offensive to unreliable people.

Monica writes: "Sarah clearly ain't alone out there. She's got a lot of company. 80% worth."

-----

How much of that 80% are willing to support someone who supports John McCain? My estimation is 25% at best. Unless Sarah distances herself from McCain, her popularity will dissipate very rapidly. Also, she needs to make a clear statement about her position on illegal immigration. If she came out and stated: "My stance on illegal immigration is to deport the estimated 20 million that are here back to their countries of origin, post haste!" Then she'd garner that 80% support. However, I suspect she will continue to equivocate or avoid that critical issue. I'm afraid Sarah is becoming just another establishment politician; bought and paid for by the same powerful corporations/lobbyists the rest of the politicians answer to.

Republicans vs. Democrats = Coke vs Pepsi

Actually the dhims are the Pepsi since they're blue and it's made in NY State. Coke is from Georgia and it's red ad it's the real thing. Just kidding on the real thing bit.

DJ, I am also beginning to worry about Palin. All that limelight.. the attention.. they're suckering her in..

McCain is absolute POISON for the Tea Party and she needs to find a way to get out of whatever obligation she has to him.
