Great story on O'Reilly tonight about Saturday Night Live last week. It don't watch that idiotic show but O'Reilly talked about how CNN "fact checked" a comedy skit that mocked Obama. The "fact check" was a real "news" story during Wolf Blitzgrig's segment. Can you imagine that? A serious news organization that "fact checks" a comedy routine on SNL. Is there any depth that the lamestream state run media will not stoop. These people are major league morons.

In the case of Army Captain Pamela Barnett v. Barrack Hussein Obama, Attorney Orly Taitz has filed a copy of Obama’s birth certificate in the US District Court in Santa Ana, California in preparation for court trial January 26, 2010.

The certificate shows Obama was born August 4, 1961 in Coast General Hospital, Mombasa, Kenya. If Obama attorneys cannot produce a valid US birth certificate, then Obama cannot be president and may even be deported back to his native Kenya.

This column's Dec. 4 item,'THE JOB MARKETEERS,' described some shady 'employment agencies' which prey on semi-desperate men in Saigon. Herein are two subsequent developments: (1) December 16 'Global Assignments' publicly announced the closing of its Saigon office, adding that "No responsibility will be accepted for any past or future dealings with Global. (2) This column has received a letter from Overseas Services, Inc, of Lynwood, California, dated December 8.

The letter is signed by Bruce Magruder, Jr. a former Lt. Colonel in the US Marine Corps who has served in Southeast Asia both in military and civilian capacities. Together with the letter, Mr. Magruder enclosed an impressive variety of documents and credentials testifying to the integrity of his firm.

These include advertisements, the firm's monthly pamphlet, transactions with the Governments of Vietnam,Korea and California, plus dozens of correspondences with employers like RMK, BRJ, Standard Oil, Sheraton in Hawaii, Philco Ford, Department of State, Lockheed Aircraft and the University of Maryland.

Mr. Magruder, during his visit to Saigon to open a liaison office experienced "dismay when learning of subsequent efforts of fly-by-nights to operate in Saigon."

He adds: "I note with interest that you refer, in your article, to the many 'so-called' employment agencies currently in Saigon. I couldn't agree with you more."

The British newspaper The Independent reported today that Gulf oil producers were negotiating with Russia, China, Japan and France to replace the dollar in pricing oil with a basket of currencies.[1] According to the Wall Street Journal, Arab oil officials have denied the story, but even the possibility of such a talk weakens the dollar and renews fears about its continued viability as an international reserve currency.[2] In fact, today a United Nations official called for a new global reserve currency to replace the dollar and end our “privilege” to run up huge deficits.[3] We can see the effect of this in the price of gold, which hit a record high today in response to fears about the weakened dollar.[4]

All of this is a result of our out-of-control debt. This is why we need to rein in spending, and this is also why we need energy independence. A weakened dollar means higher commodity prices. This will make it more difficult to pay our bills – including the bill to import oil.

In his book Architects of Ruin, Peter Schweizer points out that the Obama administration is focusing primarily on “green energy," while ignoring our need to develop our domestic conventional energy resources.[5] We’re ignoring the looming crisis caused by our dependence on foreign oil. Because we’re dependent on foreign nations for our oil, we’re also at their mercy if they decide to dump the dollar as their trade currency. We can’t allow ourselves to be so vulnerable to the whims of foreign nations. That’s why we must develop our own domestic supplies of oil and gas.

Though the chant of “Drill, baby, drill” was much derided, it expressed the need to confront this issue head-on before it reaches a crisis point.

Bottom line: let’s stop digging ourselves into debt and start drilling for energy independence.

In this instance, why has Israel flourished whilst the Arab countries have not? If the climate turns cold there is still a need to conserve energy nonetheless, and the Arabs will still need to invest in GE, both for global heating in cold regions, and

The real climate is probably just the interplay of solar activity, earth's orbital changes, and the earth's convective response which is complicated, involving water, ice, and air. What causes solar change is uncertain; could be an internal process, or possibly external impacts. My guess is impacts on the sun may be more important than we realise - creating disturbances that in some cases may last a long time.

That hotel in Liverpool looks like Fawlty Towers. Those hoteliers look suspicious to say the least. What kind of hotel is it when the owners start a religous rap on the guests over breakfast...?
The Bounty House Hotel must be a brothel.. They get 92-quid/night with tea and scones and throw in the bedbugs free.
They look like wierdos and Mrs Vogelenzang is a couger who bagged a younger bald guy because he has a hotel. The Public Order act applies to public accomodations and the hotel is a licensed establishment. They are guilty but will get a reduced fine of about 2500-quid and will pay Neill Addison another 5000-quid. What planet did you just fly in from? The idea that we need to further reduce taxes has to be a joke. When Reagan started to reduce taxes from 92% it made sense that it would stimulate the ecconoomy. If some is good more is not necessarily better. At what point is the diminishing returns meet? Is zero taxes going to equal infinite income for running the country? Obviously not and we passed the point of diminishing returns before bush took office.
