SPENDERMAN GETTING CROTCHETY TOO?

LIMBAUGH TO OBAMA:LEAVE OUR PENISES ALONE!

RUSH LIMBAUGH/////By the way, leave our penises alone, too. This is getting out of hand. There is a story that some officials in the Obama administration are pushing for circumcision for all boys born in the USA to fight HIV/AIDS. Not that I'm against circumcision, but it's a family's decision. Leave our penises alone, too, Obama! You know who's going to be really upset about this news? NOCIRC, the National Organization of Circumcision Information Resource Centers. They're a San Francisco group, and they want to eliminate circumcision. Here's Obama out there saying we gotta have circumcision of every young boy born in the country. This is not going to please the NOCIRC people at all.

The lawyers in Congress have a plan. They got it from Bill, sometimes called "The Bill", on account of his talks for pay. They are going to show the public they care about the thickness of the legislation, and to show they are not hiding anything, they are going to reduce the thickness by a reduction in the document's fontsize. So what thickness would you like? A 250 page document, or say 125?

Obama's Sky Hook

I just got a release of the Obama economic plan. It is called SkyHook. The basic idea is indeed bold. It is based, well it is actually baseless. The lower third of the economy is destroyed, so to repair it, he is using a Sky Hook from above to keep the pyramid from falling down. If all goes well, it is hoped a new bottom will just grow up from below, like grass shoots from an iron plate . This has never been done before, economies traditionally forming and growing from the ground up, in the upward direction.

I may be mistaken, but the reason it may not work is because the economy is a whole entity, the higher parts being related to the lower. Take away the lower, and, everything above will have to transform for the sake of compatability. If you built an entire industry up from nothing yourself, would you entrust
your ideas to these parasitic people in the financial industry? How could you? They have no regard for it, and would try to get you to pack it all up and ship it to China, or start it up in China without you. To get useful banking, you have to change these bankers. It does not seem possible to me to maintain the existing structures. How could you transform them in place? They were built up using a deregulated environment, They would be unstable in a regulated environment.

He surely has invested lots of money in it. I wonder if it will work?

Folks, just make sure to do your civic duty and get into that mandatory swine flu vaccination line, and the 95% of you and yours who die from it (in the biggest "Oooops!" in medical history) will have done your civic duty to rebuilding Obama's economy and lowering the national deficit.

Of course now, you rich and connected can go to your own doctors to fulfill the requirement and make sure you get the untainted placebo.

Addendum : Does anyone want these bankers, arrayed as they are? Certainly, China does not want them - and has given them lessons on how to bank. The reason being that the Chinese bankers are supporting their industry and do not want or need foreign influence in their finance. The Chinese society is apriori incompatable - politically and also socially. Colonializing China as our base was badly concieved and was way too large. Does Europe want them? Probably not, because they have similar problems like our own. Many foreign countries dislike international banking, and I doubt, without military intervention, that they could succeed. The climate they have created is in fact conducive to the growth of social systems that stand apart - even in our own country.

I submit to you the internationally traded dollar is a dead entity. What will replace it?

Meet The New Chairman Of The New York Fed

(WSJ) The Federal Reserve chose a labor leader to succeed a former Goldman Sachs executive as the chairman of the Federal Reserve Board of New York’s private-sector board of directors.

Denis Hughes, president of the New York state branch of the AFL-CIO, had been serving as acting chairman of the New York Fed board since May, when Stephen Friedman stepped down from the position.

The New York Fed is one of the most powerful and important governmental organizations in America. Here’s Wikipedia’s take:

Since the founding of the Federal Reserve banking system, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in Manhattan’s Financial District has been the place where monetary policy in the United States is implemented, although policy is decided in Washington, D.C. by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. The New York Federal reserve is the largest, in terms of assets, and the most important of the twelve regional banks. Operating in the financial capital of the U.S., the New York Fed is responsible for conducting open market operations, the buying and selling of outstanding U.S. Treasury securities.

The outgoing Chairman, Stephen Freidman, was a Cornell undergrad and Columbia Law School graduate, Chairman Emeritus of the Brookings Institution and currently serves on the Board of Goldman Sachs.

He’s certainly qualified on paper.

But what about Mr. Hughes? What are his qualifications?

Well, Mr Hughes ran the NY AFL-CIO, is an avid backer of “card-check legislation”, and secured legislation to spend dollars on enhanced Workman’s Compensation and pension cost of living (COLA) increases in a state currently running a $15.4 billion dollar budget gap.

In addition to his professional economic achievements, it may also be useful to peek at his paper qualifications: the incoming Chairman, Denis Hughes, received a B.S. degree from Empire State College (NY) in Labor Studies. But that begs questions about what sort of institution Empire State College is and what, exactly, does one study in “Labor Studies”?

Empire State College, founded in 1971, is

[U]niquely designed to serve adults pursuing associate, bachelor’s and master’s degrees. The college offers affordable, SUNY degrees onsite at 35 locations in New York state and abroad, as well as entirely online…

In recent SUNY student surveys, Empire State College consistently ranks #1 in student satisfaction.

Our 57,000 graduates are proud that their degrees are current, relevant and marketable, often leading to promotions… [ital. added- ed.]

Well, going from President of a state labor union to Chairman of the New York Fed is certainly a promotion, so you can’t fault their advertising.

And they have very strict admission policies. Admissions criteria are: (1) a high school diploma or equivalent, (2) demonstrated ability to pursue college-level studies “through your application”, and (3) a completed application form.

Now let’s look at that degree in Labor Studies.

Oddly enough, I couldn’t find a list of required degree courses, or even a list of courses. But, in case you were wondering what Labor Studies students study (say that fast 10 times), here’s the skinny:

Labor Studies is an interdisciplinary field that draws upon the methodologies and subject matter of the social sciences and humanities. Scholars in other interdisciplinary fields, such as American studies, women’s studies and African-American studies, have also helped to define Labor Studies methodologically.

Concentrations in Labor Studies generally include studies that focus on aspects of history, sociology, economics and politics pertinent to labor. In addition, Labor Studies students should be able to express their ideas clearly, both orally and in writing, and should be capable of undertaking research in relevant areas.

While Labor Studies degree programs will vary in focus and approach, they should [but are not required to - ed.] include exposure to:

» historical perspectives on the changing nature of work and the role of workers in effecting social change;
» theories of social stratification and the interaction of class, race and gender;
» examinations of economic, social and political change as they affect workers in the United States and internationally; and
» quantitative or other methodological perspectives appropriate to the concentration.
Is that specific enough for you?

I should probably note here that I am not suggesting that the qualifications to become NY Fed Chairman should include an Ivy League diploma or a graduate degree from a prestigious institution. All one need know to conclude that such distinction in no way qualifies an individual for high office is to recall that Timbo Geithner has a Dartmouth education and Chinese audiences still laugh in his face.

But – call me Old School – I conjecture that more than a passing knowledge of macroeconomics, econometrics, monetary theory, and the like might be useful for the Chairman of the New York Fed.

The methodological approaches of African-American studies and women’s studies are all well and good, but the scholarly output from socialist grievance mongers like Professor Cornel West and Professor Bernardine Dohrn might suggest that such approaches are most appropriate to the faculty lounge and the hard left press. But not necessarily for the Bank of Record in the global economy.

I think we can all look forward to some interesting times ahead.

I believe it's 1917 in America. Like a deadly virus or cancer that has invaded a body, I believe those in power are deliberately overwhelming our political and economic system so as to collapse it and replace it with a Marxist system. Those executives in big business and those in the media who support those now in power will learn upon destruction of our system and way of life that they have been duped - they were made useful idiots of. I just pray that we are not in for a surprise radiological treatment that has been arranged by our powers that be with one of Iran's proxy terror organizations or al Quaeda - a perfect excuse to declare a national emergency so as to take absolute dictatorial power.

Checkers,

This appointment sounds weird, even by Obot standards. Is this accurate? A union boss to head the New York Fed? This sounds like something right out of Mussoline's socialist-fascist Italy (from which Adolf Hitler learned so much.)

Why haven't we heard about this from the Republicans?

Are you calling this an Affirmative Action coup in the Fed? Or is it even more sinister?

Breaking: George Bush Volunteered for Vietnam – CBS Knew!

Bernard Goldberg is breaking story on O’Reilly that CBS’s Mary Mapes knew in advance of the fake National Guard Story aired by Dan Rather, that not only was the story false, but that President Bush actually had volunteered for Vietnam.

Thanks so much... nothing will pull poor Georgie Bush out of his horrific alcoholic depression than the falling down on the floor hysterical laughing fit that this bit of news will give him. He'll laugh for days on that one. Hell, Barbara Bush hasn't laughed so hard since Hurricane Katrina.

Oh well, I might as well announce it, since you all will find out about it sooner or later; my toenail WAS the President of the United States during the Reagan years.

No really; trust me, I'll find some insane nutjob on the net to back it up. Maybe even Poppy himself, since he needs the cover and does so like to see his little boy laugh, like he did in private after 9-11 AT 9-11. Not since Georgie had stuck lit firecrackers up the rears of live frogs had he had so much fun watching people swan dive off those buildings, arms and legs flailing in blind panic.

Congratulations, Goldberg; you just lost the infinitesimal shred of credibility as a journalist you had left. Thank you for elevating my toenail so far above you it's halfway on the way to Antares.

Time for your meds now, Bernie...

As for Gringo... there's a sucker born every second.

When in this century is somebody going to start doing the math. The populations of Canada, Great Britain where do they compare. I guess all that matters is they win the fight come hell or high water. Ruin this country and they win. We can not let this happen. Thomas Jefferson is rolling over.
