The thing I hate most abut mckinney is how she lied about WMD, ignored the terrorist threat before 9/11, and virtually ensured new orleans would be destroyed by failing to deal with the levees and folding FEMA into the DHS.

Lester, there's a name for your disease; it's called "Bush Dementia Syndrome". How about staying on topic, and offer a defense for Mckinney and Jefferson?

Mckinney isn't corrupt. jefferson has been dealt with by the democratic party.

You noticed that, too.

No matter what subject you broach with a left-wing kook, they invariably turn it into a Bush bashing session:

Normal Person: Looks like we're gonna get some rain this weekend.

Lib Wacko: Yeah, but what about how your hero Bush treated those Katrina victims?

Jol

Brett said: "Yeah, but what about how your hero Bush treated those Katrina victims?"

Yeah Brett, how about it?

first of all, I was kidding. I was contrasting the extreme insignificance of mkinneys "crime" with bush's. second, I did respond but you were too busy helping the other Bushbot with your hand

Tom TB

Jefferson's congressional district is New Orleans. What has he ever done to protect it from hurricanes like Katrina? Or is he too busy stuffing illegal campaign money in his freezer?

Jol

LOL. Amidst the deepening cloud of corruption, lies and deceit engulfing the Republicans, you guys have finally found one shady Senator and a face slapper to salivate about. Go ahead, enjoy. Eat them up. It’ll be all over in November.
Say, is OJ a Democrat? Maybe you can use that. LOL

Tom TB

Jol, Jefferson is a Representative, and might I ask; why do you post on Monica Crowley's site on a regular basis if you hate her politics? Do you think you will win converts? The internet is full of Bush-bashing sites; what negative message can you tell us that we haven't already heard?

Jol

I stand corrected—a Representative, ok?

Yes I could post on more politically friendly sites, and I often do post on Huffington.com., but I am more needed here. Some one has to counter the nonsense, hypocrisy and lies that flood right wing pages these days, so I simply answered the call. Not interested in converting anyone—just a humble fly in the ointment is my humble role.
I will admit, I find some of the below the belt, Bush bashing attacks on Huffington to be equally as loathsome as some of the liberal bashing that goes on here.
