Good Tea Party Issue

This would be a good time to merge NASA, NSF, and the National Labs - to make these organizations less redundant, more National and more effective. The work being done at universities is mickey-mouse at best, uncontrolled, and conflicted with private business. Besides, NASA and NSF looks more like IHOP these days, totally out of control.

The Deep Horizon well is finally sealed for good. There is one thing that I shall not forget about this incident.

First, it was evident that the CEO of BP and the banks, his financial advisers all used information about the well to drop their stock in BP - showing they were aware of the risks, while at the same time no party, group, or individual took action to cover the position they held except for the financial transactions, i.e. there was no mobilization in case of accident. This while Tony Hayward went sailing or something.

These people cannot run the world.

SteveOk

This is the modus operandi of Obama. He has declared war on the American people, American business, the American economy, and gone around the world apologizing for America. He fought the will of the American people and forced Congress to pass his Obamacare bill which will destroy our medical system, he has attempted to take over industry after industry in this country and is attempting through his Cap and Tax Bill to virtually nationalize American industry, and now when the American people are revolting against his tyranny through a grass root movement called the Tea Party, he attacks them as extremists and out of touch with the American people.

It's a sad day in American, but hopefully his power will be taken away in November when the American people will have a no confidence vote in his leadership. The socialist bums will be thrown out of office in November.

Ree

The Democrats strategy is to attack voters 44 days from the Mid Term Elections....LOL! you can't make this stuff up.

DJ

"Seriously. The Democrat pparty [...]is considering attacking the Republicans and the Tea Party as "extreme."

Monica Knows Bob Grant. Monica admires Bob Grant. Now if only she had a chance to confront Bob Grant with the following////

BOB GRANT, WABC Radio, Sunday 9/10: "If Fox News wants to squander its credibility by it's 'sensitivity' to a 17% owner, Fox News might as well shut down now."

gringoNOTE: Yet Rupert Murdoch has a reputation for being a smart businessman, despite the deal with Saudi Prince Alaweed

Posted by: gringoman | September 19, 2010 at 01:53 PM

Oh, wait! Monica will get the opportunity. Bob Grant is having his 40th Anniversay on WABC radio today. Monica is scheduled to be on with Bob, as were Rush Limbaugh, Mark Levin, Barry Farber etc etc.

Could Monica suggest this Bob Grant point to Bill O'Reilly for a little Factoring? Or would that be unfair and unbalanced, since Bob Grant can afford to be outspoken about someone he doesn't work for?

It might be good to remember it was those who believed Alinski when he said violent confrontation wasn't the way to get things done. They listened when he told them to cut their hair and clean up and got down to the hard work of community organizing, then called grass roots democracy, and made an out of work actor President.

For one thing we can be thankful. The campaigns will at least be hilarious. People elected a guy whose main background was as a community organizer to be President (How has that worked out?) and now the most popular candidate on Fox has spent her life as a community organizer.

Having seen a showcase of smaller government and fewer services in Haiti, is that really what anybody other than the few at the top wants for America? Or do we just need honest government that will fulfill its constitutional duties such as establishing justice and promoting the general welfare rather than the welfare of privileged corporations? More people are realizing Obamacare is only going to enrich corporations. They would be happy to support repeal if Congress would only acknowledge that providing a common defense includes the obligation not to let people die because they can't afford medical care. Also someone has to have the courage to say that the huge expenses hospitals run up on Medicare in the final weeks of a person's life are just a ripoff.

That poses some difficult discussions for one who has survived the traditional three score and ten. Modern medicine brings some great blessings, but at some time there is a tipping point at which treatment becomes a ripoff and abuse.

///But here's the thing: the Obama White House really believes WE'RE the extreme ones./////

I agree with Monica. However....

ALASKA. Republican Lisa Murkowski, after losing to Tea Party's Miller, announces she'll run as write-in.

DELAWARE Republican Mike Castle refuses even to congratulate Tea Party's Christine O'Connell after losing to her

HOUSE OF BUSH Republican Karl Rove denounces Tea Party's Christine O'Connell

NEW YORK Republican Rick Lazio loses to Tea Party-backed Carl Paladino, strongly hints (according to Paladino) at being a stalking horse for Democrat STATUS CUOmo.

Conclusion: The Obots, as Monica tells us, see Tea Party America as "extremists."

I agree with Monica.

But the Republicans, too, see Tea Party America as "extremists."

Does Monica agree with me?

Ummahgummah

I agree with you. It's shocking how far they are willing to go to stop the Tea Party Express.

Looks as if the Establishment is closing ranks.

Shall we conclude that the two-party system has been a complete hoax, a hoax cemented by GOP aisle crawlers like McAnus and Lindsey Shamnesty?

The viciousness of Republican insiderists strongly suggests this thesis is true.

The question now becomes whether they can throw us under their Party Bus or whether we can throw them under the Tea Party Express.

WowZER

THE WHITE HOUSE is supposed to represent ALL OF THE PEOPLE, not a particular political party!

This president thinks he's a king who can do anything he likes. To run a political campaign from the White House would be an unprecidented affront to the citizenry of America! What an outrage just to publically suggest such an idea.

America is moving toward TYRANNY under this incompetant president!

LongRifle

I agree with Gringo, too. Further, I fail to see any difference between the M-Kains, Hatches, and Kyls and the Kerry's, Kennedy's, and Boxers.
Candidates who are real people are needed but will be eviscerated by both parties via the lamestream media. Money (Special interests) talks and the rest get kicked.

Man, these guys are delusional. It's almost as if Christine has put them under a spell. (sorry, couldn't resist). Or, as Frank would sing, "Oh, it's witchcraft.....that cuckoo witchcraft......"

USSGOBLiN

I believe it was Ronald Reagan that said “I didn’t leave the Democratic Party. The party left me.” Ronald Reagan said this back in 1962. Well, the democrats have been moving left ever since. Sadly in the last decade the Republicans pulled up their anchor and began their shift to the left.

Well the ship has been off course for too long now, taken astray in 2006 when Pelosi and Reid took the helm. she has begun to list to the port side. It is time to right the USS America, then put her back on course to prosperity, and to speed up and take point and set the line astern, for America has guided the entire globe to a better level of prosperity. America built Hoover dam, coast to coast highways, the first Nuclear powered warships. America put down the first human footprints on another world. It is time to get back on course, and all ahead full.

The Republican Party needs to cleanse itself from the left leaning moderates that have been dragging the GOP to the left. No more R.I.N.O. s, no more excuses, roll up the sleeves, put on an extra pot of coffee, put some ideas on the table, and explain them to We The People. Let us take America back to the right. It is time to dust off the Constitution, defeat our enemies abroad, and rebuild our economy at home.

ROB

Did you hear the sound bites from our Blamer-in-Chief today? Blathering on about Bush tax cuts being "unfunded" -!

First, didn't Fed Revenue go UP after the tax cuts were implemented? And second, doesn't he make it sound like taxes are an entitlement for BIG government to have? He made it sound like something was taken from him!

Even a lemonade stand would be in trouble in this Guy:s hands.

"But here's the thing: the Obama White House really believes WE'RE the extreme ones."

-------------------------------------

Yeah, we're the extreme ones.

In fact we're SO extreme we won't hesitate to vote out the Dems and replace them with the lesser of two evils.

Here's the Republicans version of extreme:

Gingrich/Scozzafava 2012

or

Huckabee/Collins 2012

Too white, too racially exclusionary you say?

Okay, how about

General Rectum Powell/Charlie Crist 2012?

Is that better?

Alas, the aforementioned presidential candidates is typical of how the GOP expresses its extremism.

Who does Christine listen to? That girl needs a talking to by the savvy. It would be so easy for her to fumigate the pseudo-hip Bill Mockers and the Republican Club House, especially if she's willing to permit a slice of the sexy, as back when 'sexy' meant class, wit, finesse, de-lovely and delightful.... Just start playing this ( the FRANK SINATRA version, of course) and watch the little ("You witch!") progs implode...."There's no nicer witch than you...."

Sinatra VIDEO/////http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LIZIBm2QGaM

Her current strategy is, 'That was a youthful indiscretion.' Way too defensive, my Dear. Just throw this Frank Sinatra in their ugly faces. That's all. You needn't say another word. They lose, you win, and everybody loves it.

PARIS (Reuters) - The crash of Sweden's long-ruling Social Democrats to their worst defeat since 1914 highlights the decline of socialist parties in much of Europe, drained by social change, economic crisis and the rise of new issues.

It's about time there is a inchoate uprising amongst the Swedes. They see how immigration is destroying their country. However, they are meeting stiff resistance from the establishment parties. It seems the power elite in Sweden are ruling against the native born Swedes. They're in effect, via immigration (introducing a foreign gene pool) denying the native born Swedes their god given right to maintain and pass on their genetic heritage. Why?!?

Just as I consider the execution of 14 Americans at Fort Hood Barracks an ACT OF WAR, so is this:

Sydney gang rapes
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Jump to: navigation, search

The Sydney gang rapes were a series of gang rape attacks committed by a group of up to fourteen Lebanese Australian men led by Bilal Skaf against European Australian women and teenage girls, as young as 14, in Sydney Australia in 2000. The crimes — described as ethnically motivated hate crimes by officials and commentators [1][2][3] — saw blanket media coverage, the passing of new laws, and the sentencing of “more than 240 years” of jail time to the nine men convicted of the gang rapes. In court transcripts, Judge Michael Finnane described the rapes as events “you hear about or read about only in the context of wartime atrocities”.[4]

If only we could make laws to REMOVE THE FAMILIES and CLANS of any "meemeegrants" who commit these acts of WAR!

STEVE KING EYES SHUTDOWN, DEMANDS 'BLOOD OATH' FROM BOEHNER.... Last week, we expanded our list of Republicans eyeing a government shutdown in the event of a House GOP majority. The list, however, keeps growing.

Roll Call reports today that Rep. Steve King (R-Iowa) wants his party's leadership to sign a "blood oath" that they will include a repeal of the Affordable Care Act in every appropriations bill next year, even if it leads to a government shutdown.

http://www.washingtonmonthly.com/archives/individual/2010_09/025748.php

gringoNOTE: Prediction: Although its 2000 pages of insane bureaucratese will do much to cripple US freedom and free enterprise, a Republican Congress will not repeal CaliphCare. Republicans will talk around it, and promise not to fund it. They will whine that Obama can veto anything. They will promise the "action" that helped get them elected. But they will not repeal this massive corporate/ socialist straight jacket for Patient USA.

There's only one possibility for Americans to cough up and spit out what Corporate Charley and the Obots rammed down their throats: Revolt by Tea Party America.

Anyone paying attention could have seen through the Republican double game. This party could have demanded that members of Congress be subjected to CaliphCare, just like everyone else.

Republicans never advocated this. Not a single one of them did.

Isn't that right, Monica?

ps 'CaliphCare,' you ask? Yes. It's totalitarian in nature, just like Communism, Nazism and Sharia.

The one problem might be that she's reluctant, because it really is very sexy and she may not have figured out how to handle that along with her idea of prim Catholicism.

But I might be available for further consultation.

Gracias. Frank Sinatra's Witchcraft could do more for Christine O'Connoll's campaign than a thousand-dollar an hour consultant (not my rates, either.)

The one problem I see: Is it too sexy for her? (I mean for her campaign.) She might feel it conflicts with her image of prim Catholic girl and wholesome values. Not sure if she knows how to be Catholic and fully female at the same time. It's something you find more in European women, especially around the Mediterranean.

I might be available for further consulting.

Is Oprah becoming a Tea Partier?

Oprah has lost her audience - partly white, partly black christians for black upward mobility.

Along comes Obama saying Muslims are good, most are nonviolent (actually many are potentially violent); and upward mobility for blacks is limited because of education. Obama has dimmed the light of the Della Reese angel.

What Ever Happened to Camille Paglia?

Once known as "America's foremost cultural critic," Paglia's literary output has dropped precipitously while she has failed to engage on the number one women's issue in the world: Islam's treatment of females.

Good Lord, Mr. Gummah, you need to have my post to you clarified. I could not have been more clear. Your own words are proof positive of your hang-up over same gender sex between men. You constantly work the theme into the hot garbage you vomit on this public board---you never miss a chance; your spelling of my name, into a female derivation, is very, very indicative of your mind-set and unwavering dedication towards the bodies of other men. Your repeated disgusting, distorted, and deliberate mis-spelling of Sen. McCain's great family name into your fav part of a male's body speaks volumes about what's going on in that feverish mind of yours. And your lame attempt to shift what i said into politics flies in the face of previous postings of mine. You, my good fellow, have many times read where i have tried to steer others to true conservative politicians. I've gone so far as to give suggestions, and to urge fellow message-board readers to find conservatives running for districts in other districts. You know this but now try to paint me as the opposite which makes you a low and mean liar. My problem with you is that i do not like loud, foul-mouthed bullies who think that screaming and cursing wins debates. You're afraid of meaningful but polite discourse---Why? I don't know, that's question for others more qualified than i to answer. I mean, how funny is it for YOU to speak of ad hominems! YOU! The king of the low ground you occupy.

Since the anti-Obama people keep ranting about they just know that Obama is a Muslim from some other country. Maybe we should attack O'Donnel for being a witch in High school.
