Unfortunately, Speaker Pelosi’s 2,032-page government takeover of health care does just that. On line 17, p. 110, section 222 under “Abortions for which Public Funding is Allowed” the Health and Human Services Secretary is given the authority to determine when abortion is allowed under the government-run plan. The Speaker’s plan also requires that at least one insurance plan offered in the Exchange covers abortions.

That's certainly true. I guess the only REAL LASTING solution is to figure out a way to quit making new enemies and make our current enemies friends. Just imagine! If we were able to do THAT, we would be the FIRST EMPIRE in ALL of HISTORY to NOT be taken down by the united rest of the planet's vandal hordes.

Re Fort Hood Shootings....

FBI says terrorism not suspected.

gringoNOTE: The above statement demonstrates how today's US Government gang-rapes the language, and both the Left and the Right are involved.

Here's how they both can be wrong.

The Right, before the evidence is in, will suspect jihadis, It will ask why the FBI is trying to muffle discussion of this possibility.

We don't know yet if the FBI is just following pc orders, or whether it has solid grounds. The FBI does apparently have one of the shooters in custody. Enough evidence?

Let's assume the one in custody is not a jihadi. Does that warrant the FBI saying "terrorism" is not an issue here?

My reply: No, it does not. Why? Shooters (at least two) killing 7 persons and wounding 12 others, is obviously an act of "terror." That's plain English.

What the FBI would have meant to say was, "This is NOT Islamic terrorism."

But they are not allowed to speak plain English, due to the dictates of liberal pc.

Ergo, when they say that this obvious terrorism "is not terrorism," that's supposed to be taken as code for "not Islamic."

George Orwell would understand.

1. hearing that he's a muslim convert from Virginia
2. The increasingly Soviet-style media are censored (even if self-censored) from giving simple direct descriptions of criminal if the criminal is not white.

According to report from Curtis Sliwa, the gunman Major Hasan is not dead. Every other report I got indicates he was killed.

I have no confirmation, and will doubt the report until getting a confirm. Possibly I misheard, or Curtis misheard.

ps From the foto in UK Daily Mail, Major Hasan looks Middle Eastern or Turkish, ethnically. The report said he has a cousin who is named Hasan too.

ps. Curtis is now repeating. Hasan is indeed alive. The intial reports had it wrong, according to what Curtis is reporting. Repeat: The killer is alive.
