To the Leftniki and their Media Hacks:

While conducting your piranha attacks, hoping to search and destroy a powerful woman, at the same time you baby-sit for your man-child and his dozens of radical and corrupt associations, you even dared to mess with the Barracuda's young daughter. Bad move. Really bad move.

Make sure that your monitors are firmly anchored tonight when she speaks. Watch out for vibrations after 10 o'clock. You are going to find out something.

Yes, you tried desperately, thinking you might shake Johnny from his choice, showing how little you understand his five years in Hanoi as a guest of the Left. The Flying Alinskys, if no one else, can be proud of your efforts.

Now tonight will be her turn, and by extension the nation's turn against you.

Don't miss it.

Amen Monica!

Should Govenor Palin shows even one half of the patriotism, courage under fire, strength of character, stamina and conviction Senator McCain has shown in his amazingly unselfish life the hidden agenda of smooth talkng Barack Obama and his cronies stands no chance.

FK

Who are you all talking about? Who is mounting this huge attack on Palin?

I haven't heard anyone call her a bad mother, dismiss her for her resume, put her down for having her baby, laugh at her college (I frankly don't know where she went), mock her "rural" environment, or criticize her for "allowing" (???) her 17-year-old to have a baby (how do you "allow" or not "allow" a 17-year-old to have a baby?).

It's a typical conservative strategy to set up strawmen and then knock them down as if you've won an argument.

I have mocked Gov. Palin for one thing. One thing. And that's that she thinks creationism should be taught on par with evolution. That's where I think she's a looney toon, and I dismiss her. That's the one thing you can call me on.

But all those other things? That all sounds like your imagination, not the work of what you all derisively call "libs".

Fred-

Do you want to see how's mounting the attack on Govenor Palin? Watch MSNBC, or even CNN. Even the "right wing" Fox Network is asking questions about her. Check out the obviously biased difference between the US magazine cover on Govenor Palin and the one they did on Senator and Michell Obama.

You're not stupid, open your eyes and see the obvious.

mjfell

And that's just a couple of outlets in the mainstream media...want to get to the extreme? Check out some left wing blogs!

GilbertWashington

Palin is ideologically qualified to be VP but that is not the same thing as being actually qualified for the job.

Bush found that out in the aftermath of Katrina: "You're doing a heckava job, Brownie." Brown, a trader of show horses and a big RNC donor did'nt have much FEMA experience.

It is proper to question the actual qualifications of Palin, who is just a heartbeat away... Conservatives already lukewarm to McC should not be afraid to pose this question, as do Dems; after all it IS our country and it is the highest office in the land.

FK

OK, Mjfell. Do you want me to cite rightwing blogs for the official rightwing position on issues? Aren't they a little too exreme for you to feel comfortable with me doing that?

Don't look at leftwing blogs and then just assume that that's the official position of liberals. Many of those blogs are way off the deep end.

It must be convenient to see anything in the media and then say they are all liberals on the attack. Personally, I think the press goes wherever there's blood, whether it's Democrat blood or Republican blood. They are like sharks, and they are doing a terrible job covering politics this election season. You can be sure that US magazine will do a negative story on the Obamas (I'm sure they have in other issues) when they smell some blood on some issue.

Thankfully, I do not get MSNBC on my plan, and I'd rather claw out my eyes than watch Fox for a millisecond. I saw CNN for the convention coverage last night, and that's only because my wife made me put it on. I prefer PBS but everyone else thinks it's too dry.

I don't see an "attack" on Palin. She's new, and there are some issues, so there's a media frenzy. It will blow over when there's blood someplace else in the water.

But please don't generalize about liberals' opinions based on some bloggers. That's what Ann Coulter does, and I find it despicable.

Fred-

You asked. If you don't like the answer...

As far as US magazine doing a negative story about the Obamas ponder this:

How long did the mainstream media sit on the John Edwards adultery story? It took weeks before it got coverage. Once it finally came to view how long was it in the spotlight? A couple of days at best.

How quickly did they same mainstream media pounce on Sara Palin? Within hours. How long do you think it will be before it calms down?

The facts is, for every $1,000.00 that the mainstream media has donated to Republicans they've donated $100,000.00 to the Democrats. The mainstream media is invested in a Democratic victory.

Heve you ever heard the phrase "put your money where your mouth is"?

FK

Edwards was committing adultery. Before the MSM (as opposed to the Enquirer) prints a story like that, they really have to make sure it's based in fact.

Palin is the newest face on the political scene. As soon as her nomination was announced, they were going to check her out. The pouncing was a given. The press is bloodthirsty. When will the mess calm down? The day after Election Day. That's election season for you.

I don't think of the press as "liberal". I think of them as sharks. Don't you remember how much fun they had with the Monica Lewinsky scandal? It was all-Lewinsky, all-the-time, give us 22 minutes, we'll give you Lewinsky, all the Lewinsky that's fit to print.

Do you have a citation for your donation figures?

Fred-

So it takes a couple of weeks for the collective new media organizations to verify one story? Right.

Then how do you explain all the new flashes containing the terms "alleged rapist" or "alleged thief" of "alleged murderer"...I think you get the point.

Even if you're correct about that, please explain why the Edwards (Democratic) story dropped off the media radar in days, but it's OK for Govenor Palin (Reppublican) to expect the media feeding frenzy about herself and her family to continue until the first week of November?

If you don't think the media in this country is biased either you're not looking or you're not paying attention.

Explain how MSNBC's "experts" spent the whole DNC talking about what Obama needed to do to beat McCain, and now that they're covering the RNC they're talking about what's wrong with McCain's running mate and what's the best stategy for Obama to use against her.

Same with CNN, although (to be fair) to a less biased degree.

Multiple media outlets, including the New York Times and Us magazine has attacked Sarah Palin's character and that of her family.

I didn't see anyone attacking Joe Biden. They all gushed about what a great pick Obama had made.

Here's one place to look for contributions:

Gov. Palin has as much qualifications for President than B. Obama. The main stream media never questioned Obama's qualifications for President and experience. They gave him a free pass on that even though he is at the top of the Democratic ticket. What is the difference? She is a conservative and the leftie press will go after her all day long while never in a million years question Obama.

Obama has said some pretty crazy things on foreign policy that expose his inexperience, yet the leftie media didn't blink an eye. He is willing to negotiated directly with Iran without preconditions. He is willing to invade and attack Pakistan without that government's approval even though they are a nuclear power. He was opposed to the surge and willing to pull our troops out of Iraq and accept the consequences, and now that the surge has worked and brought victory to Iraq he refuses to acknowledge that fact.

As for her views on teaching creationism in our public schools, that was taught in our schools for two centuries until a hand full of Judges decided we didn't need that and prayer. Since God was kicked out of the public schools, they have taken a nose dive. The public school system is a disgrace, but by-God we don't teach creationism.

She will be a rising star in the Republican Party. There has been no conservative leader since Ronald Reagan left office in 1988, but she can take up the mantle. No matter what happens this November she will be a force in 2012/2016.

It's amazing to me that those on the left blather about the need to purge our schools from teaching creationism to keep the curriculum scientifically pure. Yet if you care to look at the public school system curriculum across America you will find a lot of tripe and social political correctness that is as far from scientific as witch doctor medicine. Yet the left fixates on creationism like loons of a by-gone generation fixated on floride in our water. It's goofy, but it sounds good to the loony left who think they are saving the school system of creationism, all the while the public schools spiral into a curriculum of tripe.

gringoman

Naijaman,

You seemed to be deriding the predictive powers of gringoVision, at least with respect to Election 2008 for the White House.

No need for you to have any confidence at all in it. Who knows, maybe the crystal gringoBall just fails to see your sentimental favorite winning in November.

In that case, you don't have to bet according to what the Ball shows. You can still get decent odds at the moment. InTrade etc, still favors your favorite. i.e. if you bet against your favorite, as I have, and win, you could pull in some swag. But maybe that would be too capitalistic, I don't know. Maybe you're not a betting man.

What you could do, is get the Offended One to bet on your mutual favorite, while you go McCain.(Approach the Offended One during a moment when he's not caught up in one of his OLd South fantasies, you know, the Beauregard nostalgic paranoia.) That way, somebody would win. See? It's called hedging. Hedging a bet can be useful, as Joe Biden's son and brother think, or used to think. (See their sad story above, as the OSM is too busy with Sarah Palin's pregnant daughter to focus on Joe BIden's son and brother being sued for multi-million dollar fraud. You understand, right?))

"Increased Alaskan control of Alaskan land, gun rights, privatization, home schooling, and reduction of governmental intrusion in the private lives of its citizens with adherence to the founding documents of the United States doen't sound like off-the-charts wingnut kooks. It sounds like old fashioned American values"

What I personally have a problem with is they are a STATE with the most wilderness and they seem to be the most pro-oil, anti-environment people in all of the United States.

I don't like rednecks.

I don't like morons that gun down wolves, especially by air.

I don't like people who dismiss man-made causes of climate change, not necessarily because they don't believe it is man-made but because they know doing something about it would hurt business.

I don't like ignorance.

I don't like people that want to teach creationism in school.

I don't like people who tell other people how to live their lives when it comes to personal matters.

And that's all I can think of off the top of my head but I'm sure there is more.

Ummahgummah

I know why FreaK loves "n"pr and P.ablum B.ull S.hyte.

Mitt Romney just gave a GREAT speech and they're all stiff upper lip.. hehehe..

We love you too Mitt.

Mitt was great. I laughed out loud at "Let's keep Al Gore's private jet on the ground."

I, too am interested to know why a pregnant daughter is more deserving of media attention than a son who rips of others in Big Business Deals!!

Bidet has two sons who work in DC as LOBBYISTS!!!!

Oh.. chuckle.. tinydhim doen't like "ignorance".. LOL

But he LOVES the ignorance of the media about Bidet's sons' misdeeds. Because Bidet is a Dhim!!

He's obaMa's boy so he can do NO WRONG. Ain't that right, tinytim?

Palin's speech was adequate, but not great. Too many of her criticisms of Obama could be leveled at McCain as well. Senators don't run things.

You just took my 180 and took it a full 360.

I said the criticisms of Obama could apply to McCain, and you turned around and said that they could also apply to Obama. OK, so I'll then repeat that they could apply to McCain. You now gonna say they could also apply to Obama? We could do this until November.

Ummahgummah

Yes we CAN!

¡Sí se puede!

Ummahgummah

And I say they could also apply to Bidet.

Ummahgummah

Speaking of which.. let's FLUSH hat Bidet out of Washington. Put him on an Acela routed directly into..

..the Twilight Zone!

FK

I think you might be able to provide the directions to the Twilight Zone, Ummah.

Ummahgummah

Wow freaK.. you're SO creative with your riposte!

BTW. I won't be providing directions but I'll gladly provide you with a ticket in case you care to join the good Senator.

On second thought..

For libs like you the Twilight Zone starts in "flyover country".

Directions as follows: Take the turnpike to Scranton. Stay overnight in an under $100 motel. Then get up in the morning, have regular American coffee at the local diner. NO Starbucks if they have one.

After you've had breakfast, change of wardrobe. Head to the nearest Marshall's or Bell's.

Learn how regular folks shop.

Then head due west... buy a fishing and a hunting license in each state you drive into.

Buy a CB radio and start by LISTENING to what is being said!

You may even save on a speeding ticket or two.

Hint: Smokey = cop.

Pay attention to the mile markers.

After you've spent a few months in the Mid-West it's time to head to Da Dirty.

If you're still alive at this point.

Try not to be too ignorant and try not to piss people off too much.

Do NOT tune in to "n"pr while driving.. listen to the local shows instead.

FK

You denigrate me for creativity? That's a laugh.

Actually, your most creative writing is when you claim that I was here first and attacked you when you first came here. How about telling the truth for once in your life, Ummah?
