Well, now Hillary is running to Rutgers to console the players. Just goes to show how phony Hillary really is, and to what level she is willing to stoop. Imus is gone, but Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson, despite their racist rantings in the past, continue on being propped up by the same white liberals fools that fired him. I wonder, if CBS and NBC truly care about saving their reputations, will also crack down on rappers who make millions for themselves and the music moguls denigrating black women. Dare I say, unctuous double standard?

Minica,

Trump often weighs into issues with good intentions, but notwithstanding his business acumen, he rarely is in possession of the facts, or aware of the cultural implications of the matter. He relies on the efficacy of one on one contact and he is there to win, whatever the game. This is not an attitude particularly conducive to resolving personal conflicts. Trump is likeable, interested, and transitory and it is likely that one cannot rely on his word or friendship for very long.
He must be your fantasy of the ideal man. Actually Minica, you would make a fine couple. Yourself, the modern version of Ayn Rand—he, one of the most visible Captains of Industry who keep civilization afloat.
Yes, a dynamic duo—greater than Batman and Robin— Greater than The Green Hornet and Cato. Greater than Jane Fonda and Ted. You could pick up where they left off. You might even buy the Red Sox. Then what, Minica. "wink"

Hillary would appear on the Howard Stern show if she thought his audience would vote for her.

Monica, this woman drives me insane. As a resident of NJ (my totally corrupt state) I have to endure more embarrassment with her forthcoming visit to the girls at Rutgers. What a joke. There is no doubt that she and her buddy, Al Sharpton, put this whole scenario in place. I wholeheartedly agree with you that Donald Trump was asked by Her Highness to put in that phone call. Love you Monica, looking forward to tomorrow`s show.

Monica,

(I suspect you're right on about Donald Trump acting on Imus as envoy for The Rodham, she trying to wheedle her way on, knowing what "old shock jock Imus" once did for her Bubba, helping to grease his way into the White House. Monica, no need to waste a nanosecond with the dumber or more dishonest type of liberals who can't see it or won't admit it.)

Now, for the major flap of the moment: Phil Mushnick, NY Post, looks at the Great Liberal Gang-banging of (usually) liberal Don Imus (a philanthropic and deadly gadfly who supported John Kerry in 2004 Presidential Election but can't stand "Satan," i.e. Rodham Clinton for 2008, and now pays the price, as her jive-barking black Rotweilers strike in a flurry of race cards, making Corporate Charley cringe and wet his nice pants---yeah, it's the advertisers, stupid, just bark race and they will fold---Jesse can explain the liberal shakedown modus operandi)

No mistake. This is a huge victory for Libdom's Politically Correct Police. Heartened by the 2006 Congressional wins, and knowing that inarticulate George Bush is no match for them, every pious jackass is now coming out of the woodwork, masking his hatreds, jealousies and envies under a nice pink coverlet of sanctimony. Monica, keep a barf bag handy! My Dear, you will need it, trust me.

Phil Mushnick's screed about the staggering hypocrisy of it all is really excellent for a sports columnist, better than most "legitimate" pundits and good enough to earn a Gringo Citation......

Is it possible Ms. Clinton is going to have the illegal aliens voting?

Clinton taps Hispanic outreach leader
NEW YORK - Democrat Hillary Rodham Clinton announced Thursday that Raul Yzaguirre, a prominent Hispanic activist and former president of the National Council of La Raza, would co-chair her presidential campaign and lead its outreach to Hispanic voters

Hillary Clinton has spent more than three decades advocating on behalf of those who are invisible in America," Yzaguirre said in a statement. "Not only is she the most experienced and qualified candidate to be president, Senator Clinton has the ability to bring people together to get results and move this country forward."

Hispanics are one of the fastest growing voter groups in the United States, especially in the South and West. National exit polls showed that 69 percent of Hispanic voters favored Democratic candidates in 2006, compared to 30 percent for Republicans. But 44 percent of Hispanics voted for President Bush, a Republican, in 2004.

Other Democratic presidential contenders have strong ties to the Hispanic community. Connecticut Sen. Chris Dodd is a fluent Spanish speaker after serving as a Peace Corps volunteer in the Dominican Republic, and New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson is running to become the first Hispanic president.

Under Yzaguirre's leadership, NCLR became the largest Hispanic advocacy organization in the country, with 41 state affiliates.

4/13/07: FREEDOM OF SPEECH UNDER ATTACK: 'It's not just Imus,' warns talk-radio headhunters - David Brock group makes case against Limbaugh, Savage, Beck, O'Reilly, more [probably even Ingrahm and Crowley]
- These Stalinist commisar demogogues are going to kill off talk radio by re-instating "The Fairness Doctrine" to squelch dissent! That will kill the AM Radio Industry since talk radio is the only successful format left that draws audience to AM radio. In the process, many will loose their jobs and many gaps of silence will develop on the radio dial.

- BEWARE OF THE BIG PICTURE: The LEFT are the Fascists of our time threatening our right to free speech and dissent hiding behind their false face of compassion! Did you see their "compassion" for Don Imus? THEY ARE AS PHONEY AS $3.00 BILLS, just like Bill and Hill!

CICERO QUOTE

“A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself.

For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no loner resist. A murderer is less to fear.”

-Marcus Tullius Cicero, Roman orator, statesmen 42 B.C.

Dear Ms. Crowley:

Do you really think that anyone other than the right wing choir you preach to cares about whether or not Hillary Clinton ever wanted to appear on Imus' show.

I suppose your Hillary bashing is easier than facing up to the electoral disaster that awaits Republicans in 2008. I would think that the current disaster in Iraq and the unravelling Justice-gate cover-up that Gonzales/Rove, et al are mangling would be of much greater concern than Hillary's self-serving comments about Don Imus. Try and stay focused.

Respectfully,
David Green
